4 Children Suffer Major Injuries In Tioga Crash

A three car crash in Tioga County injures 7 people, including major injuries to 4 children.

Pennsylvania State Police say the crash happened at 2:40 Saturday afternoon at the intersection of State Route 249 and route 287 in Middlebury Township.

Two vehicles traveling on State Route 249 were stopped at the intersection with route 287.

The first vehicle was attempting to turn left into the intersection when it was struck by a third vehicle driving on Route 287.

The first vehicle then collided with the car which was still stopped.

The driver of the third vehicle was Jeremy Bronson of Wellsboro, who suffered minor injuries.

Passenger, 29 year-old Kristy Bronson of Wellsboro suffered major injuries.

4 children in the car ranging in age from 1 to 8 years-old also suffered major injuries.

They were all taken to Soldier and Sailors Memorial Hospital in Wellsboro.
