A student teacher is accused of having sex with a former student.

State Police arrested 23 year old Amy Miller of Vestal.

Miller is accused of having a sexual relationship with a student.

Miller was a student teacher at the Union Endicott School District.

State Police say the student in question does not attend U-E schools.

They do say both the U-E and Owego Free Academy are cooperating with the investigation.

State Police say the alleged relationship between Miller and student took place within the last year.

She's charged with criminal sexual act and endangering the welfare of a child.

Miller has been suspended from all course work at Binghamton University.
