Tioga County is offering flu shots to  the public

The Tioga County Health Department says it has a limited supply of the H1-N1 vaccine.
It will be targeting people who are in high risk groups.
Pregnant Women, people who care for children, children between 6 months and 4 years old, Children 5 to 18 who have chronic health problems, and healthcare workers and emergency workers who care for patients directly.
The vaccinations will be given on Monday, Noveber 9th from 9:00am to 5:00pm.
But again, you must make an appointment.
Call the Tioga County Health department at 687-8600.
You must be in one of the risk groups and live in Tioga County to be eligible.

The health department says it will start vaccinating school aged children at another time.
It will also run more clinics when more vaccine becomes available.
