(WBNG Binghamton) The Broome County 911 system returned to full service early Thursday morning after experiencing outages with its call center.

The system was restored as of 3:45 a.m., according to Gabe Osterhout, Communications Assistant for Broome County.

The county's IT department worked to fix the problem and restore the backup systems.
