Sidney, NY (WBNG Binghamton) The largest employer in the Village of Sidney is looking to relocate after recent flooding left them with extensive damage.
This, according to a letter employees received from the company Wednesday.
The letter states Amphenol is exploring alternative local manufacturing sites to relocate to.
Amphenol did not want to comment on communication made to employees.
Sidney Mayor Andrew Matviak says the village of Sidney, Delaware County and the state are working together to meet the needs of Amphenol to make sure they relocate within the village of Sidney.
