Antique store burglary suspect arrested

Endicott, NY (WBNG Binghamton) A man is arrested more than a month after an antique store is burglarized on Washington Avenue.

Derek J. Milaski, 58, was arrested after allegedly breaking into Avenue Antiques in the early morning hours of June 5 and stealing several antiques, including a flare gun and nine World War II-era bayonets.

The stolen items have yet to be recovered.

Milaski was arraigned in the Village of Endicott Court and taken to the Broome County Jail without bail

The investigation is ongoing.
