Binghamton, NY (WBNG Binghamton) The Binghamton Police Department has called off the search for suspects in Friday's reported armed robbery.

Police said Saturday they don't have enough information to suggest a robbery happened.

On Friday, police said a man was robbed in the area of 165 Robinson St. near KFC around 7 a.m.

The victim told police a man flashed a silver handgun and robbed him.

Police were on the lookout for a blue Saturn Vue with two men and two women in the vehicle.

As of Saturday, police said they don't believe they will issue charges related to the robbery.
