Arrest made in Danny's Diner burglary

Binghamton, NY (WBNG Binghamton) A man accused of breaking into a Binghamton diner and getting away with an undisclosed amount of cash is in custody, according to Binghamton police.

Police responded to a burglary at about 4:30 a.m. on Nov. 6, at Danny's Diner on Main Street.

The suspect had fled by the time law enforcement arrived.

On Nov. 8, police arrested Jerome Williams, 32, of Johnson City in connection with the break-in.

Police charged Williams with burglary in the third degree.
