Johnson City, NY (WBNG Binghamton) After a year in a smaller office on Carpathian Hill, Broome Physical Therapy has returned to its larger, original office in Johnson City's Valley Plaza.

The new office includes more than 3,500 square feet.

All the beds and equipment are new.

The clinic serves anywhere from 40 to 60 patients a day.

The owner said most patients stayed through the rebuilding, and is excited to bring them back home.

"The biggest thing for me is just I'm kind of proud to be back in this space," said owner and physical therapist Gregory Peake, "This has always been where I started from and it's kind of been like coming back home."

Renovations costs were in tens of thousands of dollars, partly covered by insurance.

The owners said the only added protection they have for the new place is more comprehensive flood insurance.
