Bainbridge, NY (WBNG Binghamton) A man in the town of Bainbridge was arrested on theft and drug charges.
The Chenango County Sheriffs Office executed a Search warrant on Pearl Street Friday night.
Todd S. Roberts, 43, was arrested after he was found to be in possession of stolen jewelry.
The Sheriff's Office also found cocaine and hypodermic syringes, according to the Chenango Sheriff Facebook Page.
Roberts has been charged with Criminal Possession of Stolen Property in the Fifth Degree, Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Seventh Degree, and Criminal Possession of a Hypodermic Instrument.
He was arraigned in the Town of Bainbridge Court and remanded to the Chenango County Correctional Facility on $1000 cash bail.
