Binghamton, NY (WBNG Binghamton) Law enforcement agencies arrest a Binghamton man Monday after finding drugs, weapons and thousands of dollars in cash during a traffic stop.
It happened Monday, Jan.14, on the city's east side.
Diondre Smith, 25, allowed Broome County investigations to search him and his vehicle.
Police agencies say Smith had more than three grams of crack cocaine, 10 grams of powder cocaine, three loaded hand guns and extra ammunition.
Smith also had $5,339.
He is a self-admitted "CRIP" gang member, according to police.
He was arraigned in the city of Binghamton Court and sent to the Broome County Jail.
Tyrek McCarden, 22, was a passenger.
Police found 14 small baggies of marijuana on him.
They issued McCarden an appearance ticket and released him.
