Binghamton woman facing four felonies after apartment search

Binghamton, NY (WBNG Binghamton) Investigators arrested a Binghamton woman for criminal tampering and criminal possession of a controlled substance.

Patrice Tillary, 35, was arrested on March 20 after a Broome County Special Investigation Unit Task Force searched apartments located at 48 Griswold St. and 330 Conklin Ave.

Tillary was found to be in possession of 186 glassine bags containing fentanyl as well as a quantity crack cocaine and meth.

She was arraigned in Binghamton City Court and taken to the custody of the Broome County Sheriff’s Correctional Facility.

Charges: 

 Patrice Tillary

-Two counts, criminal tampering, class E felonies

-Two counts, criminal possession of a controlled substance, third degree, class B felonies

-Criminal possession of a controlled substance, seventh degree, class A misdemeanor
