(WBNG Binghamton) A blighted Binghamton property gained three bidders.

The Greenman Center in Binghamton closed in 2011 after the cost to replace the building's HVAC system was too high.

Gemini Construction won a bid back in August, but the Board of Estimate and Apportionment reopened bidding this month due to interest from other parties.

From October into November, the Pine Street property was open for bidding by the city for two weeks.

The deadline to bid was Wednesday, with three bidders submitting bids.

The three bidders are Red Barn Tech at $140,000, Angela Testani at $138,500 and Keith Bouvier at $152,000.

They will not be able to change their bids, now that they know the other numbers.

Members of City Council will decide during the next two weeks on who gets the building.
