Break-in at Binghamton convenience store

Binghamton, NY (WBNG Binghamton) Binghamton Police are continuing to investigate a burglary at a convenience store.

Police responded to the call just after 2:30 a.m. Wednesday.

Upon arrival, officers found a shattered front door at TS Gas, Inc. at 28 Exchange St.

Police are looking for the man responsible.

The man is described as white and last seen wearing blue jeans and a red hoodie and a grey coat that has a black emblem on the front. He also was wearing a dark ball cap and white shoes with black trimming.

He was last seen headed south toward the Susquehanna River.

Until inventory is taken, police are not sure if anything was stolen from the convenient store.
