Town of Union, NY (WBNG Binghamton) It was the Big 'W' last night for the Maine Endwell Spartans, as they took home their second consecutive State Title.
The Spartans fought hard against Glens Falls at the Carrier Dome Saturday night and took home the bragging rights.
For the seniors, it was the perfect end to the season and a moment to never forget.
While the team rode home on the bus, their fans back home had plenty of cheers and pride waiting for them.
Many wondered is the State Title like the Superbowl? Could there be a trip to Disney World in the future?
"I wouldn't mind going to Disney World. It's freezing here. It's awesome. It's going to be a great time with these guys and we're going to enjoy this. It's pretty special,"said coach Matt Gallagher.
A big congratulations again, going out to the team again from all of the Action News Teams.
