Binghamton, NY (WBNG Binghamton) As many seniors across the southern tier are set to graduate Friday. A mass was held Thursday night to celebrate the graduating class at Seton Catholic Central.

Both families and friends of the 65 graduates met at Saint Thomas Aquinas church in Binghamton on Thursday. Speeches were given by some of the students in reflection of their time at Seton. Many said what they have learned at their high school will be with them for the rest of their lives.

"I think I have gotten such a solid foundation. Morally, educationally, spiritually, I think they have really set me up for a great future," said Molly Martin, Senior at Seton Catholic Central.

The school's principal, Richard Bucci, said he is very proud of how involved this class was in the community.

"This was a very special class. They were really engaged throughout the school year. They were involved in the community, they did a lot of community service. So what I would say to them is keep it up, keep your commitment," said Bucci.

Graduation will be held on Friday, June 27th, in the school gymnasium at 7pm.
