Lenox Township, PA (WBNG Binghamton) Charges of homicide by a motor vehicle and involuntary manslaughter are filed against a North Carolina man as a result of a fatal crash in Susquehanna County.

Samba Doucoure, 42, Greensboro, North Carolina, turned himself in to Magisterial District Judge Suzanne Brainard on Wednesday based on a warrant.

Pennsylvania State Police say Doucoure is charged with homicide by a motor vehicle, involuntary manslaughter, aggravated assault by a motor vehicle and numerous other charges.

On July 18, 2012, the car crash on Interstate 81 North in Lenox Township slowed down traffic for hours between exits 206 and 211.

Pennsylvania State Police say Doucoure was driving a Freightliner tractor trailer entering a work zone when the crash happened. Seven vehicles were involved.

Brian Wilcox, 56, Lutherville, Maryland, died as a result of the crash.

Doucoure was arraigned on the charges Wednesday and released on $50,000 bail.
