City of Binghamton Road Closed

Binghamton, NY (WBNG Binghamton) Attention morning commuters: Parts of Vestal Avenue will be closed Wednesday, October 10, 2012.

Vestal Avenue from Park Avenue to Brookfield Road, in the city of Binghamton, will be closed due to road work.

The construction will also require the on-ramps to Pennsylvania Avenue at Conklin Ave and Route 434 to be closed in both directions.
