Endicott, NY (WBNG Binghamton) Imagine staying in touch with your high school classmates 65 years after graduation.

That's exactly what more than 60 Union-Endicott graduates did Saturday afternoon.

The class of 1948 meets up every year for small reunions, and every five years for big celebrations.

On Saturday, the grads gathered at En-Joie Golf Club to share old stories and remember those who are no longer with them.

They also shared some advice.

"Keep in contact with your classmates. Keep in contact with them because the days go by and you really appreciate it," said Charlie DeGregorio.

The classmates came from as far as Florida and California.

Organizers said they are already planning their 70th reunion.
