Cortland (WBNG Binghamton) A Cortland man is charged with possessing and promoting child pornography.
Yesterday morning, Cortland police arrested this man, Ryan Lefever, 21, of Glenn Street, after executing a search warrant.
Police confiscated computers, thumb drives, a digital camera and an X- Box360.
Lefever was charged with five counts of possessing a sexual performance by a child and promoting a sexual performance by a child, both are felonies.
Lefever was sent to Cortland County Jail on $5,000 cash bail or $10,000 bond.
