Johnson City, NY (WBNG Binghamton) Despite the snow and slippery roads, Cub Scout Pack 100 had some work to do on Saturday.
The boys were at the All Saints Episcopal selling Christmas Trees.
They sell the trees the first two weekends in December.
With this being the last weekend of the sale, they say business was a little slow because of the snow.
Why do they do this every year?
"To get funds to support the pack for the coming year," said George Litynski of Johnson City. "There's programs where these guys can go camping and enjoying other scouting activities throughout the year."
Litynski said this is the pack's biggest fundraiser of the year.
To keep his workers warm, the cub scouts worked in shifts so they each had a chance to thaw by the heater.
