Walton, NY (WBNG Binghamton) A Delaware County grand jury indicted a woman accused of posting anonymous death threats targeting Walton schools.

Jennifer Morris, 28, of East Branch, was arraigned in Delaware County Court Monday on four counts of falsely reporting an incident and seven counts of aggravated harassment.

The indictment alleges on June 13,14 and 19, Morris reported or circulated information saying there would be an explosion on school grounds.

The indictment also said Morris intended to harass, annoy or alarm six adults by transmitting or delivering anonymous written communications in May and June. The adults named are Adrianna S. Ingle, Kimberly A. Jacob, Maria A. Funaro, Verna J. Empie, Alisa C Juhl and Tori L. Roloson.

While most incidents were reported in the village of Walton, one charge of falsely reporting an incident and one charge of aggravated harassment were reported June 19 in the town of Walton.

New York State Police arrested Morris June 20 after a lengthy investigation. Morris had previously been arrested in January by Walton police for endangering the welfare of a child. Police said she hacked into Facebook pages of local residents and used their accounts to send out threats and disturbing photos to children.

At her arraignment on the grand jury indictment Monday, the judge scheduled the case for the December trial term. Bail was continued at $20,000 and Morris was sent back to the Delaware County Jail.
