Deliberation continues in Isaiah Criss trial

Binghamton, NY (WBNG Binghamton) An accused killer will wait another day to learn his fate. Broome County Court dismissed for the day before the jury reached a verdict for 22-year-old Isaiah Criss.

Criss is charged with murder in the second degree and criminal possession of a weapon in the second degree.

According to police and witness testimony, Criss shot and killed Jeremiah Reynolds on Sept. 8, 2012 at the Rock B Tavern.

The jury began deliberation shortly after 10:30a.m.

Throughout the day, the jury came back to the court with questions.

Those questions were specific to witness testimony and pole video on the date of the crime.

The jury was released on Tuesday at 4:30 p.m. Deliberation will continue Wednesday morning at 9 a.m.
