Deputies arrest man with stolen golf cart

Town of Fenton, NY (WBNG Binghamton) The Broome County Sheriff's Office arrested a man found with a stolen golf cart early Sunday morning.

Deputies responded to a call of a golf cart on Route 369, operating with no lights on.

Talon Taltavall, of Greene, was found on the shoulder of Route 369, just south of Rogers Road.

According to deputies, the golf cart had been stolen by Taltavall from a local golf course after he had bypassed the ignition.

Taltavall, also had an active warrant for his arrest from Madison County.

Taltavall was arrested without incident and taken to the Broome County Jail.

His charges include grand larceny in the third degree, a class D felony, and criminal mischief in the fourth degree, a class A misdemeanor.
