Driver hits pedestrian after verbal dispute

Albany Township, PA (WBNG Binghamton) Pennsylvania State Police out of Towanda respond to a car accident involving a pedestrian in Bradford County.

It happened around 2 p.m. Sunday on Ayers Road in Albany Township.

Police say there was a verbal dispute between two men.

According to police, Brandon M. Walburn, 24, of Canton, was attempting to leave the area with his 2013 Chevrolet Sonic, but he put the car in reverse.

Steven Alan Burbank, 63, also of Canton, was behind the car, and was consequently hit.

Burbank was taken to Troy Hospital to be treated for minor injuries.
