Binghamton, NY (WBNG Binghamton) Police arrested a man Wednesday who they said was selling drugs with his 3-year-old in tow.

Members of the Broome County Special Investigations Unit Task Force on Wednesday arrested Scott Titus, 24, of Kirkwood.

Police said Titus was selling drugs to another person inside his car when police arrived. His 3-year old son was also in the car.

A search warrant yielded 100 pills of a controlled substance. Titus did not have a prescription for the medication.

He's charged with one felony count of criminal possession of a controlled substance with the intent to sell and one count of endangering the welfare of a child, a misdemeanor.

Titus was taken to the Binghamton police station and will be arraigned Thursday morning.
