Early Morning Arrests In Endicott

Endicott, NY (WBNG Binghamton) - An early morning disturbance leads to the arrest of two people.

Around 4:45 a.m. Saturday, Endicott Police responded to the 1700 block of Monroe Street.

There, they found four people causing a disturbance in the street.

Police arrested 23-year-old Christian Torres of Endicott.

He is being held in Broome County Jail without bail.

Charges include Resisting Arrest, Obstructing Governmental Administration, and two counts of 2nd Degree Assault.

One of those counts is for punching a police officer in the side of the face.

His bail hearing is set for Monday.

24-year-old Luis Torres of Endicott is also being held in Broome County Jail with an unknown bail amount.

His charges include Disorderly Conduct, second degree harassment, and Resisting Arrest.

Two other people were also ticketed.

47-year-old Linda Torres and 19-year-old Charles Hamilton.

Torres is charged with Disorderly Conduct.

Hamilton is charged with Obstructing Gobernmental Administration, Disorderly Conduct, and False Personation.

New York State Police assisted at the scene.
