Empire State could relax marijuana laws

(WBNG Binghamton) New York could become the 21st state to legalize medical marijuana.

According to a New York Times article, Governor Andrew Cuomo is expected to discuss an executive action that would allow the move this week. 

The New York Times reports use would be limited to those facing serious illnesses.
