Endicott, NY (WBNG Binghamton) Hundreds gathered in the streets of Endicott to pay tribute to fallen veterans during the Memorial Day Parade.

Spectators looked on as they waived U.S. flags in honor of those who have served.

War veterans joined Binghamton bagpipers and the Union Endicott marching band as they walked down Washington Avenue.

Local war veterans say it feels good to see everyone come and show their support for military veterans.

"It's important for myself as a Vietnam veteran to represent the people that were in the Vietnam War and to come out and honor the people that sacrificed the most, their lives," said Frank Roma.

The parade ended at the Veterans Memorial Park on Main Street in Endicott.
