Norwich, NY (WBNG Binghamton) A woman is dead after a crash in Norwich.
New York State Police are now confirming she is 31-year-old Casey Decker of Norwich.
It happened on County Road 32 between 7 a.m. and 8 a.m. Thursday morning.
Few details are being released at this time, but state police said only one vehicle was involved and one woman was killed.
