Binghamton, NY (WBNG Binghamton) The Binghamton Fire Marshal said Monday last week's fire at a vacant home was set intentionally.

The fire broke out during the early morning hours of last Thursday at 15 Tudor St.

The house was vacant, with no electricity or gas hooked up.

Fire officials said the home is a total loss.

The property is owned by Broome County and was on the list for the Real Property Auction taking place on Saturday.
