Conklin, NY (WBNG Binghamton) Attention Conklin neighbors -- was your property severely damaged in the Flood of 2011?
The Town of Conklin is accepting applications for the FEMA Buyout Program.
To register, you may sign up at the Conklin Code Office.
It's at Conklin Town Hall from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM Monday through Friday.
If you're a property owner interested in a buyout, you must also sign forms at the Code Office.
All applications are due Tuesday, January 31, 2012.
