Endicott, NY (WBNG Binghamton) A Binghamton man is accused of making a purchase with a stolen credit card and giving an Endicott woman a forged prescription.
Last Friday, Endicott Police charged Reuben Ogando,18, with felony forgery for the transaction.
Ogando is also charged with two other felonies for criminal possession of a forged instrument and attempted possession of a controlled substance.
Ogando was sent to Broome County Jail without bail.
Police say Ogando gave Kelsey Garris, 18, a forged prescription.
Garris is charged with criminal possession of a forged instrument.
