Johnson City, NY (WBNG Binghamton) A man is arrested in Johnson City and accused of sexual assault.
Johnson City Police arrested Carlos Carreras, 32, formerly of Johnson City.
He is charged with felony rape and felony criminal sex act.
He was arraigned in the Johnson City Village Court and sent to the Broome County Jail.
