Funeral arrangements set for Mario Masciarelli

Binghamton, NY (WBNG Binghamton) Funeral arrangements are announced for Mario Masciarelli.

Masciarelli was found dead on Friday morning at a home in the Town of Binghamton.

The family of Masciarelli say in short, he was simply a joy to be with.

He is survived by his parents, Anthony and Mirella his stepfather Terry Walsh and stepbrother, Benjamin.

Masciarelli was 24 years old, born and raised in Binghamton.

He was a graduate of Susquehanna Valley High School and the president of T & M Construction, Incorporated.

His family said quote, " Everyone in Mario's life was amazed by his unrelenting energy, his fierce loyalty to friends and family alike and by his remarkable persuasiveness."

Services for Masciarelli, will be held on Friday at the Assembly of God Church in Binghamton.

Calling hours will be at 10 a.m.

The memorial service is at noon.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Susquehanna Valley High School Dollars for Scholars at P.O. Box 382, Conklin, NY 13748.
