Binghamton, NY (WBNG Binghamton) Friday was the 5th annual Give Back Friday at the Relief Pitcher in Binghamton.

The goal for the event, was to help collect toys for local children in the area.

In just five years this has already become one of the biggest toy drives in Broome County.

President of the Children's Charity, Jim Worhach, feels this event shows how strong Broome County is.

"This is a testament to our community. Broome County is a community that cares. And every year this grows, we really don't ask for a whole lot from the community, but the response we get is overwhelming," said Jim Worhach,

Admission was $20 and a unwrapped toy at the door.

There was plenty of music, food, and even a silent auction on some signed sports memorabilia.

All toy donations go towards the Broome County Toys for Tots group.
