Heroin, pills, and thousands in cash found during search warrant

Endicott, NY(WBNG Binghamton) An Endicott man is arrested after sheriff's deputies say they found in his home heroin, pills and thousands of dollars in cash.

Ryan McPartland, 31, is behind bars after members of the Broome County Special Investigations Unit Task Force searched his house at 123 Squires Ave.

Deputies said they found 77 bags of heroin, a little more than 5 grams of powder heroin, numerous pills, drug packaging material and approximately $2,300 in what police say is suspected drug money.

McPartland was arraingned in Town of Union Court and taken to Broome County Jail without bail.

MrPartland was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third and fourth degree, both felonies; criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree, a misdemeanor; and, criminally using drug paraphernalia in the second degree, a misdemeanor.
