Hired Help in Handcuffs over Jewelry Theft

Endicott, NY (WBNG Binghamton) A woman hired to clean homes is arrested for stealing from one of her customers.

Jamee L. Donahue, 21, of Binghamton, is charged with stealing nearly $15,000 in jewelry from a home she was hired to help clean in Endicott.

Also arrested in connection with the case is Jessica M. McBride, 25, also of Binghamton, who police said sold some of the stolen jewelry at a pawn shop in Binghamton.

Police added that they have reason to believe Donahue stole from other victims as well.
