Silver Lake Twp. (WBNG Binghamton) A string of overnight home invasions has investigators in Susquehanna County on alert.
Silver Lake Township Police believe those involved are doing it to get drugs and money.
According to Police Chief Timothy Burgh, the first home invasion happened Aug. 27 along State Route 4001. Two more happened less than a month later. On Sept. 17, suspects found their way inside a home on state Route 167, and then an attempted break-in followed shortly after at a business along Route 4001.
