(WBNG Binghamton) New York State Police arrested Anthony Raggi, 28, of Binghamton, following an investigation into a sexual relationship with a minor.
Police did not identify whether the victim was a male or female, or whether they were a student in the Susquehanna Valley school system.
Troopers say the relationship occurred while Raggi worked for the district in 2012.
A district spokesperson said he has been put on administrative leave.
Raggi was arraigned on a felony charge of Criminal Sexual Act in the Town of Kirkwood Court and released on his own recognizance, pending future court appearances.
State Police are asking anyone with information about the case to call their tip line at (607) 775-1241.
