Ithaca police ask for help in stabbing investigation

(WBNG Binghamton) Ithaca police are investigation a stabbing near West Village apartments.

Around 10:15 p.m. Friday, Ithaca Police found James A. Terry Jr. with blood on his shirt from an apparent stab wound. They found him near the 600 block of Chestnut Street in the West Village apartment complex.

Police said Terry was uncooperative and wouldn't provide any information.

Bangs Ambulance and Ithaca Rescue transported Terry to a nearby landing zone where he was flown to a trauma center.

Ithaca Police are investigating and asking anyone with information to call (607)272-3245.
