Endicott, NY (WBNG Binghamton) It may still be winter but Friday morning the Transitional Kindergarten class at All Saints Catholic School in Endicott set up a lemonade stand.

This week students have been learning about the letter "L" and opened a lemonade stand to end the week.

But the lemonade stand and the lesson went deeper than the letter "L".

Every penny raised will go to Alex's Lemonade stand which is a charity that has raised over $75 million for child cancer research.

A glass of lemonade ran you about fifty cents, there were also an assortment of baked goods.

Along with the $700 they raised Friday, they will also donate this months "Dress Down Day" donations to the charity.
