(WBNG Binghamton) A Lisle man was arrested on multiple charges, after he fled from deputies attempting to stop him.
Justin Perce, 27, was arrested July 4 for five vehicle and traffic citations, two penal law charges, felony reckless endangerment and fleeing a police officer in a motor vehicle.
The Tioga County Sheriff's Office said these charges resulted from a car chase, where Perce failed to comply on East Berkshire Road in the town of Berkshire.
Deputies said they attempted to stop Perce at the Xtra Mart in Newark Valley, where it was believed he had a rifle and threatened to use it.
Perce was arrested at his home on Mount Hunger Road in Lisle.
He was taken to the Tioga County Jail without bail.
