Bath, NY (WBNG Binghamton) A Bath man was arrested for allegedly choking a woman during a domestic dispute.
Police say Kenneth McCray, 42, of Bath, was charged with criminal obstruction of breathing or blood circulation and harassment in the second degree.
He was arraigned in Bath Town Court and sent to Steuben County Jail on Bail. His court date has not yet been determined.
