Greene, NY (WBNG Binghamton) A Town of Oxford man is arrested after Chenango County deputies said they discovered him having sex with a 15-year-old boy.
According to deputies, Arik W. Nisbet, 24, of the Town of Oxford, was arrested and charged with two counts of felony criminal sexual act in the third degree and one count of endangering the welfare of a child.
On Feb. 8, two Chenango County deputies discovered a vehicle parked alongside a road in the town of Greene.
Nisbet was arraigned in the Town of Greene Court and remanded to the Chenango County Correctional Facility on $5,000 bail. Nisbet will reappear in the Town of Greene Court at a later date.
