Man Arrested in Child Pornography Investigation

(WBNG Binghamton) A Binghamton man has been charged in a child pornography investigation.

The Broome County Sheriff's Office arrested Edward J. Vanloke, 26.

He is accused of having photos of children under the age of 16 performing sexual acts.

Thursday morning, sheriffs searched his home in Binghamton.
They confiscated several pieces of electronic media.

Vanloke is being charged with possessing obscene sexual performance by a child, a felony, and possessing a sexual performance by a child, also a felony.

Vanloke was taken into custody in the Town of Union, where he was located.

He was arraigned in the City of Binghamton Court Thursday and released pending further action by the court.
