Endicott, NY (WBNG Binghamton) A 30-year-old man is caught masturbating in view of two children.
Just before 2o'clock Saturday afternoon Endicott police were called to Central St. for reports of a male masturbating inside of a vehicle in view of an 11 and 10-year-old.
Police arrested Jesse Waldron, 30, of Vestal.
Waldron was charged with Endangering the Welfare of a Child and Public Lewdness, both Misdemeanors.
