Conklin, NY (WBNG Binghamton) Police release new information on a man who crashed his car into a Weis Supermarket.

The driver of the vehicle, Justin Kehoe, 32, was driving with a suspended New York State driver’s license, along with several other minor violations on his driving record.

The investigation concluded that Kehoe turned the vehicle slightly right to avoid a head-on crash.

No tire marks were found at the scene, indicating that Kehoe most likely did not break before the crash.

Police estimate Kehoe's vehicle was traveling an upwards of 35 miles per hour when it hit the supermarket.

Kehoe died in the hospital on Saturday night at about 8:30 at Wilson hospital.

His wife and two kids were also in the car and sent to Wilson Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
