A man is dead after crashing his truck near a home in Binghamton this morning.
Binghamton Police say 65 year old Robert Kenney of Binghamton drove his truck into a tree at 429 Conklin Avenue.
They say a medical problem caused Kenney to leave the road, and led to his death.
But what exactly it was has not yet been determined.
No one was inside the home at the time, and the house was not damaged.
