Police: Man took photos up women's dresses

Johnson City, NY (WBNG Binghamton) An Endicott man was arrested on several charges after allegedly taking pictures up women's dresses.

Thomas P. Ward Jr., 35, of Endicott, is accused of taking the photos while at a business in Johnson City.

Ward was stopped by a Johnson City police officer and tried to flee the scene, according to police. He was taken into custody after a brief chase and struggle, according to JCPD. Employees of the business helped the officer take Ward into custody.

Charges:

Assault in the second degree, class D felony
Unlawful surveillance in the second degree, class E felony
Obstructing governmental administration in the second degree, misdemeanor
Resisting Arrest, misdemeanor

Ward was arraigned in Village Court and remanded to the Broome County Jail.
